The patches worked like magic. I was nearing the end of the window to get my range back after ACL surgery and had been fighting scar tissue through painful straightening of my leg with weights for weeks. But within 20 minutes of the patches being applied, I gained multiple degrees of extension. After a few weeks of ANF I kept the extension without the patches. They reduced the pain and allowed me to properly extended my leg to get the proper muscles to fire to rehab my leg. Definitely would recommend to anyone fighting inflammation of any kind.”

Hi Helen, Hope your staying cool today! Wanted to let you know I'm doing well. I went to the chiropractor and had an adjustment and massage. Without saying anything they both mentioned how much better my back, neck and shoulders were. The muscles weren't very tight and I didn't have any pain. Yippee!
